The first time we met with the owners of Villa Sintica was unforgettable – such young, successful and positive people, so excited by their new venture, in which they had poured heart and soul, not to mention their meticulous attention to the tiniest detail! They had just finished with the construction of the villa and it had just been officially opened for guests. A heavenly spot, still unbeknownst to all. Our task was to popularise the place and attract the right audience to Villa Sintica.
1. Thus, we built their social media channels on Instagram and Facebook from scratch.
2. Next, we filled both social media channels with entirely original content in the form of posts.
3. We captured photos and videos that display the beauty of the place and its advantages for different target groups to illustrate what their visit there would look like.
4. We have continued to portray Villa Sintica and the qualities that the place possesses. Particularly, we have accomplished this through specific videos:

1. We ran an influencer marketing campaign involving popular lifestyle influencers.
2. We selected the right influencers for it and managed the whole process. The materials that they produced reached a large audience and were also properly positioned on the social media channels of Villa Sintica.
3. We had positioning on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube channels and influencers’ blogs. In this way, we managed to cover diverse audiences and display varied content.
- Furthermore, we implemented a billboard campaign, the design visions for which we conceived in coherence with the positioning of the billboards and the focal points of the location. For this purpose, we used photos taken on location by us.
- We also came up with a number of design visions for the online medium, along with external materials to promote the villa.
All of these efforts have led to an incredible brand awareness for Villa Sintica and helped to establish them as one of the most recognisable hotels in the country. As a result, there is a noticeably high number of visits to the hotel and restaurant and regular hotel guests, with a solid brand ambassador presence consisting not only of influencers, but also of ordinary hotel guests.
